A restaurant relocation at the foot of Saint Nicolas’ stairs. Moving the entrance to the corner improves access and visibility, while mirrored structural columns mediate between a French restaurant and a tapas bar. Peripheral seating opens the centre of the room and supports different rhythms of dining.
